Lately I’ve noticed a lot of court cases occurring because of companies engaging recruitment services and getting shanghaied by ruthless service providers, for example placing someone with you at a cost equivalent to 1 months pay when they know that this employee will not be working being for more than two weeks and leaving to find alternative employment, etc on the either side of the equation if you have a recruitment company you must make sure your terms and conditions are rock solid in order to avoid litigation from the employee for the company with whom you placed the employee.
